SWOT analysis on the government procurement management in pharmaceutical inspection

Objective to explore the optimization strategy of government procurement management system in pharmaceutical inspection and improve the quality of government procurement management.Methods This paper analyzed the current system of government procurement management in pharmaceutical inspection through SWOT analysis,including the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment,the opportunities and challenges of the external environment,to explore the strategy through comparison.Results and conclusion:The government procurement management of drug inspection institutions should base on the advantages,seize the opportunity,improve the rules and strengthen the information system by following the national policy requirements and strengthen the team building It is also necessary to compensate for weaknesses and control risks by strengthening information technology,procurement plan management and information disclosure.It has great practical significance for the government procurement management in the field of drug inspection.
