摘    要:本文试验研究了高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱仪高、中、低分辨率模式下辉石矿物中轻稀土元素La、C、Pr、Nd、sm和基体元素Mg、Fe、Ba对重稀土元素Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、H0、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu的干扰行为,结果表明高分辨模式下干扰离子质谱峰得到有效分离,无需再进行人工校正,建立了高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定辉石矿物中痕量稀土元素测定方法,方法检出限为0.01—0.2mg/g,相对标准偏差小于5.13%。

Abstract:A method for the determination of rare earth elements in augite mineral by HR-ICP-MS was developed. The matrix effects of Mg, Fe, Ba on accurate measurement of REEs concentrations and interelement effect among REEs were discussed in detail.The isobaric interferences from polyatomic ions and oxide ions could be distinguished by employing the high resolution mode,which improves the analysis efficiency compared with the traditional manual correction procedure. The detection limits of the method are 0.01-0.2ug/g,the relative standard deviation is better than 5.13%.
