土壤有机质含量测定的不确定度评定

摘    要:本文以土壤有机质含量测定为例,依据化学分析中不确定度评估指南,详细阐述了其不确定度评定过程,即建立不确定度评定的数学模型及主要不确定度来源的确定,如测量的重复性、标准物质的纯度和摩尔质量、称量和定容体积、移液管、滴定管和温度等,对各不确定分量的量化,分别计算各不确定度分量的标准不确定度和相对不确定度分量,以得到测量结果的标准不确定度。结果表明影响不确定度测量的关键因素,如测量重复性的改善,将是提高测试水平的方向
