| 摘 要： | 钢丝绳广泛应用于各种场合，同时也存在众多安全隐患。本文分析了钢丝绳使用分类及其受载情况和在不同使用情况下的失效形式及其产生机理。指出钢丝绳在使用过程中必须综合考虑多种失效因素，及时杜绝危险的产生。

| Abstract: | Wire ropes are widely used and their safe problems can not be neglected. This paper presents wire rope classification, forces and failure patterns under different operation conditions, and the failure mechanisms. It is concluded that various factors that cause failure to wire ropes should be considered to avoid equipment safe accidents. |
