摘    要:TR IZ理论中的AR IZ算法主要用于解决复杂问题,AR IZ集成了TR IZ的多个工具,给出从问题分析到方案解评价的整个流程。本文在总结TR IZ理论的方法和观点的基础上,介绍了AR IZ包含的概念和解决问题的基本流程,并应用AR IZ算法设计了新型机械助推成型鼓。实际应用表明,所设计的新型成型鼓能实现足够高度的连续反包。

Abstract:The ARIZ algorithm in the TRIZ theory is mainly used to solve complex problems.ARIZ integrates several TRIZ tools,giving the entire process from problem analysis to solution evaluation.Based on the summary of TRIZ theory,the paper introduces the concepts contained in ARIZ and the basic processes for problem solving,and designs a new mechanical tire building drum.Practical application shows that the new designed tire building drum can achieve continuous tire building operation with enough height.
