摘    要:故障树分析是系统安全,可靠性分析研究中常用的一种方法。本文对自动化立体仓库的关键设备-巷道堆垛机进行了故障分析,在收集大量数据资料的基础上,以“巷道式堆垛机不能正常工作”作为顶事件,建立了故障树图,并对故障树进行了定性分析。结果表明,故障树分析法是机械故障诊断的一种有效方法。

Abstract:FTA (fault tree analysis) is a usual method of system safety and reliability study. This paper diagnoses the faults of the storage/retrieval machine as one of the key plants of high ?rise warehouse. A fault tree (FA) is built based on the largely collected fault data. Storage/retrieval machine could not be operated is acted as the top event of the FA and qualitative analysis of the FA is done. It is concluded that FTA is an effective approach to plant fault diagnosis.
