| 摘 要： | 本文总结华西医院物流配送及人力资源调度实践的探索。通过对品种、人员、库房空间配置、紧急情况应对等方面采取优化措施,在人力资源有限的情况下,通过科学调度,最大化发挥每个物流配送链上的节点作用,使配送效率提高1倍以上。将医院的后勤保障体系有效的融入医院的主流业务,使物流配送成为医院不可缺少的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | It reviews the importance and indispensability of logistics distribution in the hospital management by exploring planning of distribution and human resources. It also reviews how to optimize the human resource of supply chain by reasonable dispatch in the case of limited human resource and effectively integrate the logistical support system into the mainstream business of hospitals. |
