摘    要:采用智能稀释DUO-ICP-AES法测定密封不锈钢食品容器中铅、镉、铬、镍的溶出量,并对3%乙酸溶液中仪器的分析线选择、背景校正、入射功率、雾化器压力、辅助气流量、冷却气流量、蠕动泵转速的影响及共存元素的干扰等因素进行了研究。该方法的检测限为:铅0.0066mg/L;镉0.0009mg/L;铬0.0017mg/L;镍0.0011mg/L,其回收率和精密度分别为93.2%~99.4%和0.48%~2.3%。该方法快速简便,具有良好的精密度和准确度,适用于进出口密封不锈钢食品容器的日常检验。
