螺栓法兰连接结构有限元建模及动力学分析

摘    要:利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了螺栓法兰连接结构的实体非线性有限元模型,该模型模拟了法兰间接触、螺母与法兰间接触以及螺栓头与法兰间的接触,同时考虑了预紧单元模拟螺栓预紧力对结构的影响。通过对有限元模型在不同边界条件下、不同基础激励下进行瞬态动力学分析得出稳态响应信号,进而对信号进行差值处理得出不同边界条件下螺栓松紧对能量耗散的影响,并通过实验加以验证,确定了有限元模型的可靠性以及螺栓不同预紧情况下稳态响应信号的规律。结果表明:随螺栓预紧力矩的增大,能量耗散减小,系统非线性减弱;随激励频率及激励强度的增大,非线性特征变得显著,能量耗散增大。
