摘    要:以某飞机某部位作动筒渗漏和密封圈扭转断裂的故障为切入点,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立O形橡胶密封圈(简称O形圈)的二维轴对称模型,对装配阶段和静压阶段下不同配合间隙、沟槽深度、沟槽宽度、圆柱度和偏载对密封性能的影响进行分析。结果表明:在一定范围内,配合间隙、沟槽深度、沟槽宽度对密封性能影响较大,而圆柱度和偏载对密封性能影响较小;在允许的范围内,较小的配合间隙、合适的沟槽深度和宽度能够得到优异的密封性能。该作动筒的O形圈发生渗漏和扭转断裂的原因为密封槽宽度偏大,综合考虑,对密封槽宽度进行改进能够有效提升O形圈的密封性能。

Abstract:Aiming at the fault of the actuator leakage and the torsion fracture of the seal ring of an aircraft main landing gear,a two-dimensional axisymmetric model of O-shaped rubber seal ring (O-ring for short) was established using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The effects of different fit clearance,groove depth,groove width,cylindricity and partial load on sealing performance during the assembly stage and the static pressure stage were analyzed.The results show that in a certain range,the fit clearance,groove depth and width have a great impact on the sealing performance,while the cylindricity and partial load have a small impact on the sealing performance.Within the allowable range,smaller fit clearance,appropriate groove depth and width can obtain excellent sealing performance.The reason for the leakage and torsional fracture of the O-ring of the actuator is that the sealing groove width is too large.In comprehensive consideration,the sealing performance of O-ring can be effectively improved by improving the width of sealing groove.
