单体液压支柱密封的研究

摘    要:对我国煤矿高档普采工作面中单体液压支柱存在的问题进行了分析,设计了一种新型同轴复合密封装置,并介绍了该装置的设计思想、结构特点。采用同轴复合密封装置实现了在高压动态、低压静态下支护的可靠密封,降低产品生产成本,使产品维护更为方便。

Abstract:The existent problems of single body fluid pressure pillars were analyzed in the work faces of coal mine in our country.A new coaxial compound seal was designed,its design thought and structure characteristics were introduced.The coaxial compound seal can guarantee credible seal of fluid pressure pillars in the high pressure dynamic states and low pressure static states,which lowers the product cost and makes it convenient for maintenance.
