环形聚能装药射流二次汇聚数值模拟

摘    要:在分析环形射流形成机理的基础上,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元分析软件对环形聚能装药的成型与侵彻过程进行了数值模拟.通过对环形药型罩及其聚能装药结构参数的合理匹配与优化,解决了环形药型罩形成射流的二次汇聚,其二次碰撞过程可增大射流的连续拉伸长度,优化后装药结构形成的射流有较大的速度,增加了破甲深度.该环形聚能装药结构为破甲弹设计提供了新的装药结构,可用于反坦克、反舰等威力导弹战斗部的设计.

Abstract:In the analysis of annular jet formation mechanism,based on the finite element analysis software using ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D the ring forming a shaped charge with the penetration process was simulated.Through the ring and liner shaped charge reasonable matching of structural parameters and optimization,to solve the annular jet liner to form the second pool,the second jet collision process can increase the length of continuous stretch,the optimized structure of the jet charge greater speed,increased armor depth.This annular shaped charge structure for the shaped charge designed to provide a new charging structure,it can be used for anti-tank,anti-ship missiles and other powerful warhead design.
