平面轮系机构运动分析的研究

摘    要:平面轮系机的运动分析对进行轮系机构分析与设计具有重要的意义.平面轮系机构都是由两种轮系基本回路单元组成,根据平面轮系机构结构的组成特点,运用轮系机构各构件间相对运动关系,构建了轮系机构基本回路单元的运动分析方程,由轮系机构基本回路单元组信息构造出轮系机构运动分析数学模型,并给出了平面轮系机构运动分析自动化的流程图.通过实例计算检验,该数学模型所得的计算结果与所参考文献的计算结果一致,该模型易于模块化,计算机能自动生成.

Abstract:The kinematics analysis is important to analyse and design gear trains.Planar gear trains are composed of two basic loop units of gear trains.The kinematics analysis equation of the basic loop gear trains units is established based on the constituent characteristics of planar gear trains and the motion relationship of each link in every basic loop.The kinematics analysis mathematical model of gear trains is constructed by using the basic loop group of gear trains units.The flowchart of the automation for kinematics analysis of planar gear trains is given.According to example and calculation,the results from the model is the same to those of the reference.The model is easy to modularize,and can be generated automatically by computer.
