转动惯量的测量及误差分析

摘    要:转动惯量的测量是质量特性参数测量的一部分,该单元利用扭杆组成扭摆振动系统,光电传感器提取扭摆机构摆动周期信息,测量系统进行数据处理,并在显示器显示测量结果。文章阐述了转动惯量测量工作原理,推导了所需的计算公式,分析了产生测量误差的因素,进行了定量精度分析。

Abstract:A system for measuring the rotational inertia with precision is introduced. In this measuring unit, a suspension structure is adopted, and an optoelectronic timing system is used to extract the information of the periods of torsional-oscillation. The data is processed by the measuring system consisting of the computer, and the measured results are displayed on the displayer. In this paper, the working principle of the system is expounded, the relevant formulae are derived, and the main factors affecting precision discussed. Precision of the unit is analysed quantitatively.
