摘    要:重载变速箱支承法兰盘的结构设计对节约成本、减小箱体整体重量有着重要的影响。基于支承法兰盘的结构特征,通过目标函数的建立、设计变量的选取以及约束条件的确定建立了优化设计的有限元模型,并对法兰盘进行了静力分析。在结构轻量化的目标下,通过对法兰盘进行优化分析,得到了法兰盘安全、可靠的结构最优尺寸,减少了材料的使用。对优化后的模型进行了安全校核,验证其完全满足设计要求。该分析方法对法兰盘结构尺寸的优化具有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:The design of bearing flange structures has a significant effect on saving cost and lightweight of heavy load gearbox. Based on the structural characteristics of bearing flange,the optimization model is established according to the objective function,design variables and constraints,and make a static analysis. For the purpose of structural lightweight,thought optimization analysis,obtain safety reliability design requirements of the flange and appearance of the structure of the optimal size,reduce the materials. The safety checking validate that the optimized model satisfies the design requirements. The analysis method has some reference value for flange structural optimization of the size.
