| 摘 要： | 针对超高速全数控外圆磨床现有在线量仪的不足,提出了一套全新的解决方案,并通过有限单元法对其合理性做了分析。该方案突破了传统在线量仪只能测量一个位置的局限,降低了产品成本,拓宽了机床的加工能力。解决了传统布局上下料的缺陷,便于自动化成线。

| Abstract: | A new improvement project that overcomes the disadvantages of conventional online measuring device of grinder is put forward,and the rationality of the designed system is also analyzed by finite element method in this paper.This full-function online measuring system can reduce the product cost and extend the processing ability of current machine tools.And this online measuring system can solve the distribution disadvantage and has been used in production. |
