| 摘 要： | 精密机床在加工中，自动定程一直以来是有待解决的一个难题。通过对轧辊磨床在不停车的情况下，应用PLC控制，对行程的起点位置和终点住置进行确认并存储，以确定磨削行程范围，达到磨削行程自动控制、操作方便、可靠性好、同时减轻操作者的劳动强度，提高生产效率等目的。本装置在轧辊磨床上得到广泛应用。

| Abstract: | During precision machining process,automatic setting is a under solution problem always.Roll grinder can apply PLC when keeping machine running to control position of jumping-off point and end-point in order to confirm grinding travel.It also can control grinding scope automatically and has lots of excellence such as convenient operation,good liability,decreasing work force and improving production efficient.The set is applied to roll grinder widely. |
