基于UG的带轮压铸模设计系统的研究

摘    要:利用UG软件进行带轮模具模块的三维实体造型,以VC++6.0作为开发平台,结合UG/Open编程工具进行UG软件的二次开发,并且在UG环境下引入Access2003来构建模具模块参数数据库。创建完成的设计系统,可以实现模具模块的参数化建模以及通过访问数据库直接更新零件模型,减轻了设计人员重复创建模具模块的负担,并且可以灵活地构建符合企业自身需要的模型数据库,缩短了模具开发周期,提高了实际生产效率。

Abstract:The three-dimensional solid model of belt pulley casting mold was created by UG software. Took VC++6.0as development platform, combined with the UG/Open software programming tool for re-development of UG. Access2003 was used for building the databases of modules. The system design can achieve the parametric modeling of belt pulley cast-ing mold and have a access to the database to update the model directly, which could reduce the burden of repeating modules for designers and build the model database that meets the business needs. It reduces the development cycle of mold and in-creases the productivity.
