摘    要:柴油机涡轮增压器转子一阶临界转速的确定对它的设计和故障诊断都具有重要的意义。利用解析法和有限元法分别对其一阶临界转速进行计算,并将计算结果与实测数据相比较,结果表明,有限元法在计算复杂转子临界转速方面更接近工程实际。

Research of the Solution Method on the Critical Speed of Turbo Supercharger Rotor

Abstract:The first critical speed of turbo supercharger rotor has an important significance for the design and fault diagnose of the rotor. In this paper, the first critical speed is calculated by using the analysis methods and the finite element method,and then the calculate result is compared with the experiment result. The results show that the finite element method on calculating first critical speed of complex rotor is more effective.
