摘    要:通过中性盐雾腐蚀试验,对镁合金化学氧化和微弧氧化后表面膜层的耐蚀性能进行了比较。结果表明,镁合金经过化学氧化和微弧氧化后,耐蚀性能均有提高,但是微弧氧化后镁合金表面形貌要优于化学氧化,从微观结构解释了不同膜层腐蚀形式不同的原因。

Abstract:A comparison of corrosion resistance is made between magnesium alloy surface oxide films formed by microarc oxidation and chemical oxidation with neutral salt spray test. The results show that magnesium alloy can be improved in corrosion resistance both by chemical oxidation and micro-arc oxidation, but surface morphology of magnesium alloy treated by micro-arc oxidation is better than magnesium alloy treated by chemical oxidation. The reason of different corrosion form on different surface oxide films is analyzed by microstructure.
