锅炉汽包水位控制系统的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对锅炉在运行过程中存在的一些问题,介绍目前先进的汽包锅炉串级三冲量给水控制系统,根据串级三冲量给水控制的工作原理,设计了Simulink控制仿真系统,并在MATLAB仿真环境中对控制系统进行了模拟仿真。结果表明,三冲量串级加前馈给水控制系统可以及时消除负荷(蒸汽量)变化和给水流量波动的干扰,快速使控制水位达到稳定运行要求,具有较高的调节质量和调节精度,能够保障机组的安全稳定运行,从而延长锅炉的使用寿命。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems during operation of boilers,this paper introduced advanced steam drum boiler control system with three impulses feedwater.According to the working principle of steam drum boiler control system with three impulses feedwater,the Simulink simulation of control system is designed.At last,the control system is simulated within MATLAB environment.Results showed that three impulses cascade plus feedwater control system can promptly eliminate the interference between vapor load and rate fluctuation of feedwater,to make the control water level meet the stable operational requirement with high quality and accuracy,which also can guarantee the safe and stable operation of the boiler and prolong the service life.
