摘    要:本文介绍了一种新型双排行星轮系动力耦合方案,对其结构进行分析。这种动力耦合机构由两排行星轮系和四个离合器构成,拥有3个自由度和两个机械点。参考模型车对基于此动力耦合机构的GFE混合动力汽车进行参数匹配。在MATLAB\SIMULINK\STATEFLOW环境下建立了针对此动力系统的逻辑门限值能量管理控制策略,应用AVL CRUISE软件对建立了GFE混合动力汽车的整车模型,最后进行联合仿真。仿真结果表明这种动力耦合方案与其控制策略可以有效提高混合动力汽车的燃油经济性。

Abstract:This paper describes a new kind of electrically variable transmission (EVT) based on a structure with two planetary gear sets and four clutches which has two degrees of freedom(2 DOF) and 2 mechanical points. The logic threshold control strategy is proposed in MATLAB/SIMULINK/STATEFLOW for this structure and the simulation model of the GFE HEV based on the EVT is established in AVL CRUISE. The simulation results showed that this EVT and its control strategy could effectively improve the fuel economy.
