摘    要:文中采用仿真和试验的方法研究了机载TFT-LCD在强烈振动过程中白光透过显示面板出现闪烁的现象.首先,通过试验方法得出逐渐增加振动幅值及逐渐减小振幅时振动白斑的临界状态,其差值稳定在3g左右.然后,通过分析两种临界状态的差异,得出了TFT-LCD产生闪烁的原因,总结出振动白斑的影响因素.试验结果表明,惯性力是引起液晶屏振动白斑的主要因素之一,在随机振动条件下,通过减小结构刚度,可以较大幅度地减轻振动白斑,完全可以满足机载环境下液晶显示器的应用要求.

Abstract:In this paper, the flicker phenomenon caused by white beam permeating TFT-LCD during strong vibration is studied by simulation and experiment. Firstly, the critical states of vibration Mura are obtained by experiments of gradually increasing vibration amplitude and gradually decreasing vibration amplitude, the difference is about 3g stably. Secondly, flicker reason is obtained by analyzing the difference between the two states, and the factors affecting the vibration Mura are summarized. Experiment results show that inertia force is one of the main factors causing vibration Mura of TFT-LCD, reducing the structure stiffness can mitigate the vibration Mura greatly under a random vibration condition, the application requirements of TFT-LCD in airborne environment can be satisfied completely.
