一种机载雷达新型结构设计模式的研究与应用

摘    要:依据机载雷达结构设计技术特点,探索了一种基于拓扑设计与3D 打印技术的新型机载雷达结构设计模式。针对承载支架(某机载雷达关键结构)的结构设计,对该新型设计模式进行了详细的分析论证,主要包括结构设计要求、拓扑设计流程、力学仿真校核、3D 打印和试验验证等。通过该设计模式的成功应用,承载支架在保证其力学性能的同时,实现了减重35% 的指标要求。该研究可为机载雷达复杂结构和轻量化设计提供设计参考。

Abstract:According to the structure design characteristics of airborne radar, this paper explores a new air borne radar structure design pattern based on topology design and 3D printing technology. For the structure de-sign of load bracket (the key structure of an airborne radar), the detailed analysis and demonstration for the new design pattern are carried out, including structure design requirements, topological design process, mechanical simulation check, 3D printing and experimental verification. The application of this new design pattern leads to a weight decrease of the load bracket up to 35% while ensuring its mechanical properties. The research can provide design reference for complex structure and lightweight design of airborne radar.
