微速差双转子系统振动信号分离法研究

摘    要:为了有效地对旋转机械进行现场动平衡,降低机器异常振动,需要准确得到不平衡量大小和相位。采用常规的解“拍”方法分离具有内外双转子系统的振动信号是十分困难的,尤其是转子间存在微小速差的情况。研究采用基准信号作触发,分别对内外转子进行同步采样,提出了一种不用解“拍”就可直接获取各转子振幅和相位的信号分离法。结合DSP技术,该方法成功地应用于双校正面双转子系统的现场整机动平衡。

Abstract:To balance rotating machinery in the field and prevent its vibration effectively, it needs to obtain the information of magnitude and phase values of unbalanced weight. The conventional method on separating composite 'beat' signal is difficult to separate vibration signals of inner and outer rotors of a dual-rotor rotating system, especially for a dual-rotor rotating system with very little difference in rotating speeds. A new method is proposed to separate such vibration signals effectively. Magnitudes and phase values of unbalanced weights are obtained directly by sampling the vibration signal synchronous with reference signal. It does not need to separate the composite 'beat' signal as does in the conventional method. The proposed new method can be successfully implemented in field dynamic balancing of overall machinery with dual-rotor system in two rectifying planes by DSP technology.
