摘    要:探讨了一种风力发电机塔架结构参数优化设计方法。采用有限元方法对风力发电机塔架进行模态分析,得出了不同结构参数下塔架的固有频率;采用支持向量机建模方法,建立了塔架结构参数与固有频率之间的快速计算模型;引入粒子群优化方法优化了塔架结构参数。将该优化方法与正交优化和混沌优化的结果进行比较,表明了粒子群优化的优越性,并采用有限元方法对所建塔架结构进行了强度校核。

Abstract:An optimization design method of the tower structure of 600kW-Wind Turbine was adopted herein.Firstly,the modal analysis of the tower structure of 600kW-Wind Turbine was carried out by finite element method(FEM),and the free frequencies of towers were obtained.And then,by means of the Support Vector Machine(SVM) modeling method,the rapid calculation model which can map the relation between the tower's structure parameters and its free frequencies was established.Furthermore,we optimized the tower structure with the particls swarm optimization,and compared the results of particls swarm optimization with that of orthogonal optimization and that of the chaotic optimization.At last,we checked the strength of the tower with the finite element method.
