钢丝绳缺陷涡流热成像在线检测方法研究

摘    要:为保证钢丝绳的安全运行,提出钢丝绳缺陷涡流热成像在线检测方法。首先,提出基于等时加热的图像重构算法,建立钢丝绳全长均经历相同加热过程的重构图像;进一步,提出列最大值归一化算法,消除发射率不一致造成的温度采集误差;最后,建立涡流热成像在线检测系统,对不同数目断丝和磨损缺陷进行在线检测实验。实验结果证明,该方法可以实现钢丝绳1~5根断丝和磨损缺陷的检测和识别。

Abstract:In order to guarantee the safe operation of WR, an online detection method of ECT for defects in WR was proposed. Firstly, an image reconstruction algorithm was proposed based on the same heating time to get the reconstruction images that had the same heating time in the whole WR. Then, the column maximum normalization algorithm was proposed to eliminate the errors in temperature acquisition caused by inconsistent emissivity. Finally, an online ECT detection system was established, and the detection experiments were carried out for defects with a different number of broken wires and wear defects. The experimental results show that the novel method may effectively detect and identify 1~5 broken wires and wear defects of WR.
