不锈钢焊条熔滴过渡形态的控制

摘    要:采用水中收集熔滴、平板堆焊、高速摄影等试验方法,对不锈钢焊条熔滴过渡形态及其控制进行研究。结果表明,细熔滴渣壁过渡时,焊条的综合工艺性好,但气孔倾向大。提出抗气孔与优良工艺兼备的“准渣壁过渡”概念及其形成条件。采用双层药皮既可以实现理想的渣壁过渡,又能发挥强烈的冶金去氢作用。

Abstract:The droplet transfer manner and its control for stainless steel e1ectrode are studied with experimental methods, such as, collecting droplet into water, surfacing on the plate and analyzing by high speed camera etc. The results show that the comperehensive usability changes for the better and pores forming tendency increases as the fine droplet transfer occurs. A concept of quasi-flux-wall guided transfer and its forming conditions with excellent usability and resistence to pores are put forward. The double coated electrode both can realize the f1ux-wall to guide transfer form of metal droplet and play an important part in removing hydrogen during the course of welding metallurgy.
