支持产品设计的知识仓库框架研究

摘    要:为满足产品快速定制设计过程对知识的配置、组织、获取和重用的要求,构建了基于知识仓库的知识管理框架。在对产品信息模型的定义基础上构建了由产品需求决策知识、产品结构知识、产品配置知识、产品特征知识和产品设计资源组成的知识仓库知识结构,并且将机器学习中的决策树和加权聚类算法用于知识推理和设计决策过程中,将Web Service技术运用于异构CAD系统和知识仓库数据交换,
实现了基于异构CAD平台的分布式知识共享和应用集成。

Abstract:To meet the requirements for configuration,organization,acquisition and reuse of product's design knowledge in the quick product customized design,the knowledge management framework based on knowledge warehouse was proposed.The knowledge structure composed by product requirement decision knowledge,product structure knowledge,product configuration knowledge,product characteristic knowledge and product design resource knowledge was constructed on the basis of product information model,the decision tree and weighted clustering algorithm were used for knowledge inference and design decision,realizing knowledge-based process of product requirement,configuration and variant design.The web service technology was used to exchange data among different CAD systems and knowledge warehouse,realizing distributed knowledge sharing and application integration.
