摘    要:介绍了立体视觉技术在三维型面非接触测量中的应用。将立体视觉与空间二进制编码技术相结合,针对大型或回转型工件,采用分区域测量拼接技术,得到完整的曲面数模,并开发了测量系统。介绍了系统主要功能,包括系统标定、空间编码、双目配准、空间坐标的反求、三维拼接以及曲面重构,对飞机蒙皮成形模具型面进行了分块测量和拼接试验,结果表明本系统工作可靠、测量精度高,验证了其实用性。

Abstract:A non-contact 3D surface measurement system based on binocular vision was introduced in this paper. The large or cylindrical workpiece can be measured partially and realized accurately, then the digital model of integrated surface can be obtained. The principles of system includes calibration, spatial code, stereo matching, 3D coordinate calculation, 3D registration and curving surface reconstruction were described. The result of examinations for measurement of aircraft skin shows the system is reliable, accurate and practical.
