摘    要:在分析现有运输车所用止推片统计过程控制(SPC)局限性的基础上,提出将专家系统理论引入到运输车所用止推片的质量控制中。分析了运输车所用止推片的检测和质量控制要求,论述了整体系统设计中SPC专家系统的结构、知识的获取和推理机的设计,构建了质量监测与诊断的整体框架,研制了止推片自动检测分选装置,实现了数据的自动采集、存储和分析,控制图的绘制以及异常报警和专家诊断分析等。系统的开发与应用表明,该方法很好地解决了运输车所用止推片的质量控制问题。

Abstract:On the basis of analysis of the limitation of existing research on SPC control of the thrust washer of transport vehicle,an expert system theory was introduced to quality control of the thrust washer.Analyzing at the requests of the testing and quality control of the thrust washers in transport vehicle,the structure,knowledge acquisition and inference engine of the SPC expert system in total system design were discussed,and the whole framework of quality monitoring and diagnosis were built.An automatic detection device of the thrust washer was developed,and such functions as automatical data acquisition,storage and analysis,drawing of control chart,expert diagnosis analysis were realized.The development and applications of this system demonstrate its realistic effect of quality diagnosis and control in thrust washer processes.
