摘    要:提出一种基于质量功能配置的产品级再使用维护设计的建模方法,建立了优化设计模型,模型的目标是再使用用户满意度最大化。在模型中,明确指出决策变量是计划改进率,而不是实际改进率,并计算出计划改进量,解决了产品特性间由于互相相关以至干扰设计改进目标的问题,比传统的方法更具有可操作性,案例表明该模型能帮助维护人员有效地规划出最优的设计方案。

Abstract:A systematic modeling approach based on Quality Function Deployment(QFD) was put forward to maintenance design scheme for product-level reuse. A mathematical model was further developed to maximize consumer satisfaction levels. In the model, it was pointed out that the decision variables were plan improvement rate, but not practice improvement rate. And the plan improvement quantity was found out. Hence the problem that improvement target values are difficult to determine due to the correlations among product characteristics was solved. The proposed method provides easier manipuility than available. There is an example that shows the proposed optimization model can effectively help maintenance planner determine the optimal design scheme for product-level reuse concerning with resources utilization.
