数控机床主轴系统热误差温度测量点的最优化设计方法

摘    要:基于信息论与机床热误差有限元分析方法,提出了一种对数控机床温度测量点的位置进行优化的计算方法,这些测点包含机床热变形误差互信息量最大点。将该方法应用于一台数控螺纹磨床主轴系统的热误差温度测点位置的最优化设计选择,并通过主轴热误差测量实验验证了所提出方法的有效性。

Abstract:The fundamental theory of information science and the finite elements method were applied to the analysis and processing of thermal errors in CNC machines.The mutual information of thermal errors in machine tools,which was caused by the temperature of each measuring point,was calculated with the results of finite element analysis.On the basis of the mutual information,a method of determining optimal positions of temperature measuring points was proposed.The effectiveness of the proposed method was validated...
