基于可用度和维修成本的设备维修建模与优化

摘    要:研究多部件混联机械设备的维修建模与优化问题。以设备许用可用度为约束条件,以维修成本最低为目标,以维修周期为变量,建立设备维修优化模型。利用Monte Carlo仿真求解目标函数,采用基于事件排序的可变步长时钟推进机制,利用投影法统计固定时间区间内的故障次数及故障持续时间,基于最小路集判断设备运行状态,提出了防止部件出现过度故障的故障屏蔽法,利用遗传算法的搜索能力实现目标函数的全局寻优。以一齿链复合传动系统为例,验证模型及解法的有效性。

Abstract:The maintenance modeling and optimization problems for multi-components and seriesparallel mechanical devices were studied.The allowable availability was selected as constraint,the maintenance cost was identified as optimization objective,the maintenance cycle was as optimal variable,the optimization model was set up.The Monte Carlo simulation was used to compute the objective function,the simulation clock driving mechanism was based on event compositor and alterable step length,the projection method was used to calculate the failure times and its duration during fixed time interval.The minimal path set was used to judge the device state,the failure shield method was brought forward to solve the component's excessive failure.The genetic algorithm was used to look for the global optimal result based on the search ability.A gear-chain drive composite transmission system is selected as example to validate the effectiveness of the model and solve method.
