摘    要:以带法兰的低方形盒的毛坯形状预测为例,讨论了BP神经网络和正交试验法在毛坯形状预测的综合应用问题,建立了能描述6个工艺参数与毛坯形状之间非线性映射关系的神经网络模型。将正交试验法用于神经网络训练样本的设计和BP网络结构参数的确定,可大大减少训练样本和网络结构参数的试算次数,缩短神经网络的设计周期。

Abstract:A neural network for blank design of quadrate cup with flange was designed to simulate the nonlinear mapping relations among six process parameters and blank shape, in which the application of BP neural network and orthogonal experimental design was discussed. By means of the application of orthogonal experimental design to the determination of training samples for the neural network training and structural parameters of the BP neural network, the required quantity of training samples and the number of calculation for optimal structural parameters of the BP network are decreased largely. Therefore, the design period can be shortened.
