摘    要:在FDM工艺中,成形材料能否以稳定的速度及温度从喷嘴中挤出将直接影响原型的成形质量。建立了熔体在喷嘴中的压力降与挤出流量、加热温度的数学模型,结合实验,确定了稳定挤出的速度区间。研究结果对FDM工艺中聚合物熔体挤出参数的优化、保证成形精度提供了依据。

Abstract:In FDM process,extrusion behaviors of the nozzle are very important for the part quality(accuracy, surface quality and mechanical properties).A theoretical model was established for calculating the pressure drops of molten polymer while passing through the liquefier and nozzle. The relationship among the pressure drops, flow rate and heating temperature was obtained combined with the rheology test results of ABS and PP. Furthermore,supporting by the experimental results of the driven motor operating characteristics, an optimized feeding rate was determined for steady extrusion process. The research results have important reference values for determination of the extrusion parameters to ensure the modeling accuracy of prototype.
