光纤器件流变成形中的热力耦合数值分析

摘    要:基于粘弹性流变理论,利用时温等效原理,以广义Maxwell模型模拟高温下熔融光纤玻璃的粘弹特性,建立了熔融光纤玻璃的热粘弹数值分析模型。通过在拉伸过程中不断调整其刚度矩阵与温度场,实现了耦合器熔融拉锥流变制造过程的数值分析,获得了熔融温度、拉锥速度等工艺参数对光纤器件流变制造过程的影响规律。

Abstract:Based on thermal viscoelastic rheological theory and time--temperature equivalent prin ciple, generalized Maxwell model was used to simulate viscoelastics characteristics of the fused fiberglass. The thermal viscoelastic model of fused fiberglass was set up. Through continuously adjusting its stiffness matrix and temperature field, the numerical analysis of fiber coupler in the process of fused biconical taper was accomplished. The effect of processing parameters such as fused temperature and drawing speed on the manufacturing process is acquired.
