| 摘 要： | 针对超精密车床提出一种新型的插补计算方法，将特殊精密曲线的插补功能集成到数控系统内部，并提出双圆弧逼近的误差的通用估计准则和生成程序段数目的估计算法。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new interpolation algorithm which is designed for ultra-precision CNC machining. It integrates aspheric curve interpolation function into CNC system instead of pre-processing aspheric curve out of CNC. General methods of error estimation by biarc curve-fitting and general methods of estimation of number of NC data block are also proposed.. |
