设备维修成本控制的困与解

设备是施工企业生产、发展的重要物资基础,是影响施工工期、质量的关键因素。在计划经济时代,几乎每个综合性的施工企业都设立了比较齐全的设备管理部门、维修队伍和停放库房,各种规章制度、管理办法也比较齐全,设备的管理系统比较完善。而随着市场经济的到来,施工企业的竞争日益加剧,且施工企业由施工段、队、班的组织生产模式转变为项目部管理模式,施工企业的设备管理模式发生了根本性的变化。与此同时,设备维修管理也出现了一些新的特点,设备维修成本管理已经成为施工企业成本控制不可或缺的一环,而如何控制设备维修成本正成为当下施工企业面临的新课题。本刊邀请了山东省招远市河西金矿的张希海、中铁电气化局集团西安铁路工程有限公司李廷强、中广核广西防城港核电项目部刘光松、广州秦晋百成贸易有限公司的崔书昌和谢伟,分别就工程机械维修成本控制的困难与解决方式,结合各自公司的实际进行探讨。

Construction equipment is not only an important material basis for the production and development, but also a key factor for affecting the construction period and quality. In the planned economy era, the most of integrated construction enterprises have established a relatively complete equipment management system, including the management department, maintenance team, storage site, rules, etc. The equipment management mode ha:; undergone complete changes with the advent of market economy, and it has been managed by project department. At the same time, equipment maintenance management has also been some new features. The cost of equipment maintenance has become an integral part of cost control. Therefore, how to control the cost of equipment maintenance is a new problem for construction enterprises.
