NS020型20 t铁路工程起重机的液压泵控和负荷控制技术分析与应用

摘    要:根据NS020型20 t铁路工程起重机的设计要求和应用特点,通过对NS020型20 t铁路工程起重机液压系统所采用的SR总功率变量液压泵功率控制技术、电比例高精度控制技术和负载传感节能控制技术等先进液压控制技术的原理分析,比较了这些先进液压控制技术应用优点,为中小吨位铁路铁路工程起重机和铁路工程机械采用先进液压控制技术进行了较好的探索和实践。

Abstract:According to design requirements and application characteristics of NS020 type 20 t railway crane, advanced hydraulic control technologies, such as power control technology of SR total power variable hydraulic pump, high precision control technology of electric proportion and energy saving control technology of load sensing, are adopted in hydraulic system of NS020 type 20 t railway engineering crane. The advantages of these advanced hydraulic control technologies are compared by their principle analyses, which is good for exploration and practice for medium and small tonnage railway engineering cranes and railway engineering machinery adopting the advanced hydraulic control technologies, such as power control technology of SR total power variable hydraulic pump, high precision control technology of electric proportion and energy saving control technology of load sensing.
