ZigBee无线控制的智能飞机液压管路清洗与耐压试验系统

摘    要:管路清洗与耐压试验是飞机液压系统装配生产过程中的关键流程,直接影响飞机可靠性和安全性。传统管路清洗与耐压试验操作步骤复杂,效率低下,且会不可避免的造成接口损伤。提出了ZigBee无线控制的飞机液压管路清洗与耐压试验系统,利用与液压元件相同管路接口的无线假件模块对液压管路进行通断控制,自主设计了系统总体构型、元件机械结构、电气硬件、软件以及控制程序,系统的所有元件对磷酸酯基液压油均具有良好的耐腐蚀性。实际测试结果表明,该系统能够实现液压管路清洗与耐压试验的无线智能化控制,大幅提升了液压系统装配生产的效率、便捷性和智能性,还为航空器液压系统智能化装配生产提供了关键接口。

Abstract:Pipeline cleaning and pressure test are key steps in the production process of aircraft hydraulic systems, which directly affect the reliability and safety of the aircraft. Traditional pipeline cleaning and pressure test operation procedures are complicated, low efficiency, and will inevitably cause interface damage. This paper proposes an aircraft hydraulic pipeline cleaning and pressure test system with ZigBee wireless control, and uses the wireless dummy module with the same pipeline interface as the hydraulic components to control the on and off of the aircraft hydraulic pipeline. This paper designs the overall configuration of the system, the mechanical structure of the components, the electrical hardware, the system software, and the control program. All the components of the system have good corrosion resistance to the phosphate-based hydraulic oil. The actual test results show that the system can realize the wireless intelligent control of hydraulic pipeline cleaning and pressure test, which greatly improves the efficiency, convenience, and intelligence of hydraulic system production. At the same time, this article also provides key interfaces for the intelligent production of aircraft hydraulic systems.
