多功能航空液压油箱研究与试验

摘    要:针对传统航空液压油箱功能单一、维护不便的问题,提出一种新型多功能航空液压油箱方案,详细论述了其系统组成及工作原理。为验证其功能和性能,进行了增压压力测试、油液加热试验和油位检测试验。试验结果显示多功能航空液压油箱所提供的增压压力大小合适,且具有良好的油液加热性能和极高的油位检测精度,功能多样,性能优良,可用于飞机和其他相似场所的液压系统。

Abstract:A new scheme of multifunction aero hydraulic tank is put forward, aimed at solving problems that traditional aero hydraulic tank has single function and is difficult to maintain. The constitution and working principle of the multifunction aero hydraulic tank are described. To verify multifunction aero hydraulic tanks functionality and performance, a boost pressure test experiment, a heating oil experiment and an oil level measurement experiment are done. The results of the experiments show that the multifunction aero hydraulic tank has an appropriate boost pressure, a great heating oil performance and high accuracy of oil level measurement. Multifunction aero hydraulic tank, with diverse functions and excellent performance, can be used for hydraulic system in aircrafts and other similar conditions.
