摘    要:针对当前斗轮取料机取料重量监测不及时的问题,根据斗轮驱动功率与斗轮取料量的匹配关系,对斗轮取料量在线动态实时监测。建立了斗轮驱动泵控马达闭式液压系统数学模型和斗轮取料受力分析模型,分析了泵出口压力、斗轮轴扭矩及取料量之间的关系。在斗轮转速相对稳定的情况下,通过实验验证,可以利用泵出口压力在线动态实时监测斗轮取料量。

Abstract:The monitoring of the reclaiming rate of the bucket wheel reclaimer is not timely at present. According to the matching relation between the driving power and the reclaiming rate of the bucket wheel, the issue of the online dynamic timely monitoring of the reclaiming rate is studied. Both the closed hydraulic system with a pump-controlled motor and the force situation of the bucket wheel are modeled. Furthermore, the relation among the pump outlet pressure, the torque of the bucket wheel axle and the reclaiming rate is analyzed. In the case of the relatively stable speed, the experiment shows that the reclaiming rate can be monitored online dynamically according to the pump outlet pressure.
