摘    要:飞机起落架收放系统是一种集机、电、液于一体的混合复杂系统。为提高性能,新型民机起落架系统采用的空间收放机构,与传统平面机构起落架相比,其运动规律复杂且驱动单元增多,各类故障参数对其工作性能的影响也更加复杂。针对该问题,以采用空间收放机构的新型民机起落架系统为研究对象,详细分析了其动力学原理,包括收放机构、上位锁机构、小车位置机构和液压驱动原理;在此基础上,通过AMESim仿真平台建立了机电液一体化的起落架收放系统仿真模型,并通过仿真计算得出了节流孔阻塞、系统混入空气、油液泄漏和机构磨损等故障参数对起落架收放性能的影响,分析结果可用于指导起落架收放故障诊断,也可以为其参数设计及可靠性研究提供参考。

Abstract:The landing gear retraction system is a mixed complex system consisted of mechanism, electricity and hydraulics. In order to improve the performance, the new civil aircraft adopts the landing gear system with space retracting mechanism. Compared with the traditional planar retracting mechanism, its movement law is more complicated and the driving units are increased. Also, the influence of fault parameters on its working performance is more complicated. For this problem, the new landing gear system with space retracting mechanism is taken as the research object. The dynamic principle was analyzed in detail, including the retracting mechanism, the upper lock mechanism, the truck position mechanism and the hydraulic drive principle. On this basis, an integrated simulation model of the landing gear retracting system is built through the AMESim, and the influences of the fault parameters on the retracting performance are obtained through simulation, such as orifice obstruction, system mixing air, oil leakage and mechanism wear. The results can be used as the guidance of the retraction fault analysis, and also the determination of retraction system parameters and the reliability study.
