The Comparison of Cold Extrusion Forming Which the Mould with Hole or Without Hole

With the different process of cold extrusion,the internal stress-strain of the parts will different,So,it is very important to us to reduce the forming pressure and improve the mould life,when design of cold extrusion.In this paper,mould(with hole or without hole) will be discussed,and the different stress-strain of the cold extrusion parts and other parameters will be compared.Last,the best design of cold extrusion forming will be concluded.
