摘    要:本文介绍了多功能仪表的具体设计方案,该仪表以嵌入式系统(ARM)与FPGA和高速A/D为基本架构,结合计算机控制和接口技术,LCD显示技术,并充分利用ARM与FPGA技术在数字化系统设计中的优势设计实现了具有存储示波器、信号发生器、频率计及万用数字电表等功能于一体的多功能仪器,其样机本身及其测量结果经计量检测达到设计要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces design proposal of multi-functional instrument,the instrument as the basic framework to embedded system(ARM) and FPGA and high-speed A/D.Combined with computer control and technology,LCD display technology,and make full use of the advantages of ARM and FPGA technology in digital system design,have designed and implemented the multifunctional instruments that combined with storage oscilloscope,signal generator,frequency meter and multi-meter.The prototype itself and its measurement by the measurement test results to meet the design requirements.
