摘    要:利用动力学分析软件ADAMS,建立动力总成悬置系统的六自由度动力学模型。在发动机稳态工况下,以悬置支承处 响应力最小为目标函数,对动力总成悬置系统参数进行敏感度分析,选取敏感度高的几个性能参数作为设计变量,对动力总 成悬置系统进行参数优化,优化结果显示系统的隔振性能得到明显的提高。

Abstract:In this paper, a six-degree-of-freedom model of power train mount system is set up by using the software ADAMS. The effects of mount parameters on the vibration isolation performance of power train mount system are investigated by using parameter analysis method. Mount parameters are taken as design variable of the optimization design of the vibration isolation , and the minimum force in support area on the vehicle boy is taken as the objective function, design study is performed and some variable whose sensitivity are high are chosen to optimize the vibration isolation performance of power train mount system. And the result shows that the vibration is reduced effectively.
