摘    要:在传统的移相全桥ZVS-PWM DC/DC变换器的基础上,对其拓扑结构进行了改进,解决了滞后臂难以实现零电压开关的问题。该拓扑的辅助网络既可与超前臂连接,又可与滞后臂连接,文中给出了两种电路的工作过程及其波形,并将两种电路进行比较,以确定一种最佳方案。最后用软件PSpice进行了仿真,给出了实验结果。

Abstract:The new topology structure with auxiliary resonant network which can help the lagging leg to achieve zero-voltage-switching(ZVS) is modified on the basis of basic principle of phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage-switching(ZVS) PWM DC/DC converter.The auxiliary circuit of the topology can be connected with the lagging leg and the leading leg,the paper gives the connection of the two different circuits work process and waveform,and two kinds of circuit compared to make sure the best solution.Finally,simula...
