超级回潮机加水精度控制分析及应用

摘    要:烟草制丝工艺过程中,承担增湿增温功能的超级回潮机加水系统应用气动薄膜调节阀控制,机械故障率较高,导致超级回潮机出口处烟叶丝含水率不均匀、不稳定,甚至有湿团烟的状况。采用变频水分控制方式和增加PID水分偏差运算控制,提高水分控制精度,降低了运算误差,而且避免加水系统的机械故障。
