摘    要:航空航天等领域的产品主要特点之一是精度高,因此在做这些产品的零部件逆向工程时,要采取有效措施保证精度要求.提出了控制精度的评价指标及其量化方法,针对产生的误差采取合理的处理措施.以压力机的叶轮为例,通过实施采取的精度控制措施实现了零件的精度要求指标.这一方法为工程实践中反求设计高精度零件的精度控制问题提供了有效的指导作用.

Abstract:One of the main characteristics of products in areas such as aerospace is high precision, so in the reverse engineering of parts of these products, effective measures should be taken to ensure the accuracy. This paper presents the evaluation index of control precision and quantification method, takes reasonable treatment measures for error. To the press impeller as an example, through the implementation of the accuracy measures to achieve the accuracy requirement of the index. This method provides effectiw; guidance for the reverse design of high precision parts in the engineering practice of precision control.
